Members must respect the confidential nature of the network and may not share other members' information without explicit consent.
Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content you submit to the Services. You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
- Contains false or misleading information
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

Intellectual Property
Next Play and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including all software, text, graphics, and trademarks. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services, but grant Next Play a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide the Services.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Next Play does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Services, including but not limited to job placements, successful introductions, or business relationships.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.
In no event shall Next Play's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Next Play in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Play, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Next Play regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Next Play relating to the Services.
